Brother Moorer, presented a lesson on the continuing process of restoring the Kingdom. The Kingdom is not a physical, earthly thing, but a spiritual one that's about changing people's hearts. Brother Moorer talked about how Jesus spent 40 days after coming back to life teaching the apostles about the kingdom. And when the apostles asked if Jesus was going to restore the kingdom to Israel, he instead told them their job was to be his witnesses and spread the good news everywhere. That's the mission we're all a part of - helping restore God's kingdom by sharing the gospel and seeing people's lives changed. It's not about knowing all the details or the timing, but about doing our part. Brother Moorer challenged us to keep that kingdom focus in our teaching and equipping each other to be effective witnesses. We all have a role to play in seeing God's kingdom expand through changed hearts and lives.
