Brother Hibbett reflected on Paul's life and focused Paul's endurance and joy despite suffering. He noted Paul's hardships: being beaten, shipwrecked, and imprisoned, and highlighted Philippians 4:4, where Paul urges rejoicing in the Lord. Brother Hibbett explained that joy is a state of mind, not an emotion, and discussed the importance of gratitude, forgiveness, and community. He spoke about our spiritual blessings and the need to focus on what truly matters. Brother Hibbett encouraged us to rejoice in the Lord and to recognize our spiritual gifts.
